PRICES
All prices quoted on this site are correct and updated regularly and excludes VAT at 171/2%. Any alterations and modifications to standard products are subject to individual costings and will be over and above any displayed price.

TERMS
25% deposit with order form, Balance paid 4 working days before agreed delivery date. All cheques to be made payable to City and County Training Ltd.

CREDIT CARDS
We can accept balance payments on Visa, Amex, Mastercard & Maestro. Please ring with card details to avoid Internet “Bandits”

GUARANTEE
Chassis, Suspension & Panels. We will replace or refund in full any parts or components found faulty on receipt. Notification must be immediate and CCT will arrange collection and uplift. All goods supplied are done so in compliance with the Trade Descriptions Act and any guarantee offer does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer’s Protection Act.

MANUFACTURING LIABILITY DISCLAIMER
CCT Sports Car Engineering supply chassis suspension and body panels in accordance with BS standards and in compliance with SOVA roadworthiness test requirements. ALL these components are covered by our guarantee (see Terms and Conditions) and are the limit of CCT Ltds product liability. Any donor car part or working component fitted by the customer is done so at their own liability and will not be covered by CCT Ltd or the original donor cars manufacturer's guarantee.

This disclaimer does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Protection Act in respect of individual units not being fit for purpose.
